Servings: 3 burguers

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup – Wanka Foods Pre cooked quinoa 
  • 1 Tbsp  – oat flour
  • ½ tbsp onion powder
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ½  tbsp of oregano
  • ½ tbsp of sweet paprika
  • ½ grated carrot
  • 1 egg

 

PROCEDURE

Boil 1 cup of quinoa with 1 cup of water and add all of the ingredients for 5 minutes. Whip the egg separatley and then mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. Let all the flavors permeate. Form the patties by pressing the quinoa with your hands. Tighten them well so they don’t fall apart later.

Cook the burgers on a frying pan with some drops of olive oil for a couple of minutes, until they are brown on the outside and warm on the inside.

Serve your quinoa burgers with the accompaniments that you like best. 

TIP

You can freeze the quinoa burgers without problem. To defrost them, take them out at room temperature or put them in the microwave for a few seconds
