INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 cup – Wanka Foods Tara seed flour
  • 1/2 cup – oats flour
  • 2 tbsp – Sugar
  • 1 tsp – Baking powder
  • 1/4 cup – butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup – milk
  • Vanilla – to taste

PROCEDURE

Whip the butter until it is creamy, add the sugar, then the egg and at the end the dry powders and the milk until a homogeneous and semi-liquid mixture is obtained.

In a pan, over medium heat and previously greased, pour the mixture to form the pancakes.
