Secondary functionality: It has a high amount of calcium, since 100 grams of this product is equivalent to double that obtained by consuming milk. If the human body does not consume this protein, rickets, osteoporosis, irritated fibers and cramps could occur. In addition, it contributes to the production of enzymes, antibodies and hormones.
