Fructus Terrum, a company of the Armejo Yépez Group that is dedicated to creating innovative and natural ingredients in the food sector, received two awards for innovation for its development of Wanka Maca Tea, by the Association of Exporters of Peru within the framework of the Expoalimentaria 2019 held in Lima on September 25, 26 and 27.
The Peruvian company won first place in the Product Trend of Pleasure category and second place in the Functional and Nutritional Food category at the Expoalimentaria fair, dedicated to the food and beverage industry and gastronomy.
The evaluation criteria were: flavor, packaging, strategy, point of sale, social responsibility, certifications and differential advantage.
The fair was visited by about 50,000 visitors from 81 countries during the 3 days of the exhibition.
In this way, the team led by businessman Miguel Ángel Armejo, continues to mark the path of growth and innovation, from Peru to the world.
