INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup – Wanka Foods Plantain Flour
  • 1/3 cup – Oat powder
  • 1/2 tsp – Baking Powder
  • 1 – egg
  • 1/4 cup – Butter
  • 2 tbsp – Sugar
  • Vanilla – to taste (optional)

PROCEDURE

Whip the butter until it is creamy, add the sugar, then the egg and at the end the dry powders until an homogeneous and semi-liquid mixture is obtained.

In a pan, over medium heat and previously greased, pour the mixture to form the pancakes.

TIP

Add your favorite toppings and syrups!
