INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup – Wanka Foods Plantain Flour
- 1/3 cup – Oat powder
- 1/2 tsp – Baking Powder
- 1 – egg
- 1/4 cup – Butter
- 2 tbsp – Sugar
- Vanilla – to taste (optional)
PROCEDURE
Whip the butter until it is creamy, add the sugar, then the egg and at the end the dry powders until an homogeneous and semi-liquid mixture is obtained.
In a pan, over medium heat and previously greased, pour the mixture to form the pancakes.
TIP
Add your favorite toppings and syrups!
