Fructus Terrum, the Peruvian company dedicated to creating novel ingredients for healthy nutrition, part of Grupo Armejo Yépez, appointed Omar Romano Sforza as its Director. The Argentine businessman, who lives in Spain, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and food sectors and takes on this new challenge, in which he will provide a strategic global commercial vision.
Miguel Ángel Armejo Yépez and the newly appointed director for EMEAA defined the strategy that will set the course for the organization, whose production plant and headquarters are located in Lima, Peru.
FructusTerrum’s ingredients add value to food industry products. For this reason, they are developed and manufactured according to the client’s needs regarding all their physical, chemical and organoleptic characteristics. Depending on the ingredient and application, Fructus Terrum offers it in different presentations such as cubes, flakes, slices, and powders with different grain size, among others.
Likewise, depending on the client’s product portfolio, Fructus Terrum develops mixtures of different ingredients, which together result in aneasy-to-use premix with a unique taste and texture, which allows the client to have a new product with less effort. Fructus Terrum takes care of the entire process.
Some of the ingredients that are produced, manufactured and sold are: spices, vegetables and tubers, functional complements, aromatic herbs, superfoods, and fruits, among others.
